Delivery terms : 

Products will be attempted to be delivered three (3) times by the courier company. If the shipment is unsuccessful it will be returned to Baby Beedz and the customer will be liable for all shipping fees in full. We can re-ship the order providing delivery fee is paid in advance. 

Unsuccessful shipping includes : 

Customer not answering the phone

Customer not available to receive package

Customer refusing to receive package 

Customer rearranging delivery time more than twice

Wrong address or phone number provided 

Returns and Refunds :

If a product is received faulty, Baby Beedz will arrange collection of the product and replacement at no additional cost dependant on photo evidence being provided. 

Due to hygiene reasons, all products are non-refundable once they have been handed to the courier company. 

If the customer wishes to make design adjustments to the product once handed to the courier or received, Baby Beedz will do so at no additional charge. The customer must only pay the delivery fees in advance. 

This does not apply to 3D printed products. 

3D printed products are non-refundable and cannot be adjusted after printing. They will be replaced at no additional charge if received faulty dependent on photo evidence being received.
